Biography

Tim Vantilborgh is a professor of Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the Work and Organizational Psychology research unit in the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium). His research interests include psychological contracts between employees and employers, burnout and employee wellbeing, and studying the temporal dynamics of workplace phenomena.

Tim teaches Psychometrics and Quantitative Research Methods to Bachelor students in Psychology and Evidence-Based Management to Master students in IO-Psychology.
